We CURRENTLY do not have plans for future retail so joining a pledge is by far the only chance to bring Mushroom Sorcerer home. However, the game may also be available in future exhibitions. Retail sale is still on our consideration upon demand.

Why is it so important to pledge within the first 72 hours?
As an early bird gift, we are giving 1 set of dice tower for EVERYONE who makes an Apprentice or Master pledge in the first 72 hours. For Sorcery Fanatic pledge, you are getting 1 set of dice tower for each core game i.e. 6 sets for 6 core games, 12 sets for 12 core games. Even if you make a $1 pledge WITHIN THE EARLY BIRD PERIOD, you will still get the gift if you change to the above pledges in the pledge manager later.

Does the game include a solo mode?
Yes, the game is designed with a special mode: the Mirage world, which could be enjoyed by solo players. The corresponding game play instructions and components are included in the core game.

What is a Fanatic Pledge?
We provide a special offer for gamers pledging in a bundle of 6. I.e. 6, 12, 18 games and so on (with or without expansions). If you are interested, please email or send us a message on social media for details on the exact discounted price. You will have to make a $5 pledge as a symbolic pledge and we will send you payment through the pledge manager later.

Can I play the expansion pack without the base game?
The expansion game cannot be played separately as it has to work with the mainboard and the original characters.

Yes, a $1 pledge will get you into the pledge manager. You will be able to change your pledge in the pledge manager once the campaign ends.

Can I pledge $1 during the first 72 hours in order to get the 2 dice tower cubes for free?
If you have made a $1 pledge WITHIN the early-bird period (i.e. the first 72 hours), by changing to the Apprentice Pledge or Master Pledge in the pledge manager, you will still get the 2 dice tower cubes as a free gift.

Why aren't shipping charged upfront?

Do I need to choose my language?
No, backers do not have to choose their game language preference. Physical rulebook will only be available in English. A printed rule summary sheet will be available in 5 different languages with full game rules embedded in a QR code including English, Chinese, French, German and Spanish.

What should I do if there is a missing or damaged component?
We will make sure all components are placed in every box of Mushroom Sorcerer. At the same time, we are always prepared for accidents. If you encounter the following situations upon received: - Missing components - Damaged components Please contact us through email [email protected] and we will send you the replacement. This policy will expire automatically 3 months after the ending day of the campaign. Therefore, bear in mind to check it at once!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
